Griffin  

John Griffin born circa 1684 in Wales or Virginia1 married Margaret Goode and had three sons, Richard, Anthony and William who settled in Ninety-Six District, South Carolina.2

On 3 Nov 2009, descendants of Richard and Anthony discovered .18% shared autosomal DNA through 23andMe's Relative Finder.  The following image shows the shared segment on chromosome 1 through the "Family Inheritance" view. (Highlighted in light blue).
